What's new with SD Endurance Sports?

Hi all, I want to update everyone on the changes I’ve been making to my coaching program. My goal is to offer the most comprehensive and cutting edge program available to my client/athletes.

I now offer resistance training, core specific and corrective exercise specific sessions with the Gold level programs.

All the hands on magic happens at Bike Religion, Dana Point where I have my performance studio. Another change is the addition of the Bronze level programs. For $150/month I'll have a monthly progressive plan laid out in Training Peaks for you. We'll discuss the specifics of each upcoming month goals via phone or in person and plan accordingly.

Who am I primarily working with? Mainly I work with athletes over 50 and high school athletes. I've also had lots of success with female clients.
